A "Call for All" Calling Card provides the user with a unique pin number that can be used on ANY Thuraya handset to make a phone call.

By prefixing the receiving party's telephone number by the 'pin', the cost of the call is deducted from the credit on the "Call for All" card (not the Thuraya's own SIM)
