Thuraya 7101 Satellite Phone
Thuraya provides a reliable means of satellite communications
in the form of a small, lightweight and hand-held phone.
The system will work in over 100 countries throughout the
world, including Europe, North and Central Africa, The Middle
East, Central Asia and the Indian subcontinent. When in
an area that does not require satellite coverage, the phone
may also run off the GSM network.
As well as voice communication, Thuraya will transfer data
at speeds of 2.4 and 9.6 kbps, send and receive fax and
SMS, as well as featuring a built-in GPS. For those that
need to use Thuraya within an office-based solution, docking
